DLA Piper Ireland has advised a powerhouse consortium of lenders on a €380 million Public Private Partnership set to reshape higher education infrastructure across Ireland. The 25-year project spans five state-of-the-art buildings at universities in Galway, Letterkenny, Waterford, Carlow, and Limerick — with completion due by 2028.
