Within TII, Paul leads a progressive team with responsibility for procurement delivery of contracts resulting in expenditure of +€500million annually, to meet TII’s prevailing business and strategic needs. The embedment of sustainable considerations into TII’s pipeline of procurements and achieving value for money at each stage of the procurement lifecycle are a key focus. With qualifications in project management and procurement law, Paul ensures his team deliver procurement competitions to meet all stakeholders’ expectations that are in strict compliance with EU and National procurement rules.
