Before joining KPMG in 2019, Fran was Head of Finance and Procurement Rotunda Hospital, the oldest continuously operating maternity hospital in the World. Fran supports clients (semi-state and public sector) with the development and implementation of procurement strategy. 

Fran is a Non-Executive Director of Volunteer Ireland and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. He holds a Masters in Strategic Procurement from DCU and a Masters in Management Accounting from Smurfit Business School. As a former Defence Forces Officer, Fran served overseas in Liberia, Kosovo and Lebanon.
