Paul joined Enterprise Ireland in 2001 and since then has worked in many departments and spent many years overseas (France, Belgium, Italy, and The United States) assisting Irish companies increase their exports. Paul currently manages The Public Procurement and Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) team that assists client companies access both domestic public sector tenders & also contracts with large International Institutions such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, The United Nations, the Asian Development Bank and the African Development Bank. The SBIR programme works with Irish Public Bodies to devise and develop new products and services the Public sector needs that do not currently exist in the marketplace.
